Hello, my name is Aleah. Fun fact about me: I did not get my start in web design to begin with. I actually began my adult life studying anthropology and archaeology. I chose these fields because I have always loved helping people to tell their stories. Sometimes those stories are told through stories of cultures told around the fire, or through artifacts found on a digsite, and sometimes those stories are told through the web. I believe that storytelling is, was, and always will be fundamental to human connections, but now in the digital age, we're more likely to be telling stories around the warmth of a computer instead of the warmth of a fire.
From the first moodboards to capture the look and feel of what you're wanting to show the world, to designing a logo that expresses your story in an image to creating your site from scratch in HTML and CSS. If you need something for your site or business designed to tell your story, then I'm your gal!
Feel free to check out my Youtube channel where I talk about all kinds of stories, both my own, and others!

I'm sure that you've noticed that this is my own logo for DigitAleah. I wanted the "A"-shape within the "D"-shape to resemble a flame inside of a hearth or fireplace. This was meant to invoke the feeling of warmth, sitting around a fireplace telling the stories that are the life-blood of every design that I create. |
